[Introduction] [Schedule] [Match Descriptions] [Results]

The Handgun Section offers a varied program of shooting and scheduled activities year round.  The summer program begins in the Spring at the NSRA Bull Meadow Range.  This is located on the Beaverbank Rd.   Shooters may use any caliber pistol or revolver subject to range rules.  Shooting can be held at distances of 7 to 100 meters and may involve shooting from various positions and at various targets.  Holsters are generally used in the outdoor sessions. Instruction on safety and coaching are provided to new shooters.  The Association has handguns and ammunition available for new shooters to share until they are able to obtain their own.   Other instructional courses may be held throughout the year if there is interest and depending on the availability of instructors.

For more information, please contact the Handgun Section Chairman.
